Olukor Privacy Policy

Effective date: 18 August 2026

The short version. There is no account, no email address, no name, and nothing about your studying is stored anywhere. Two things do leave this site and you should know about both. Your coaching conversation is sent to Anthropic in the United States, because that is the AI writing the coach's replies. And we count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. We set no cookies at all. We do not sell your data and we never will.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we do not collect

Olukor used to keep an account, an optional email address, your practice history, your mastery estimates, your readiness snapshots and your reminder settings. All of that is gone. The database behind it was deleted on 18 August 2026 and has not been replaced.

So, today: no account, no sign-in, no email address, no name, no profile, no reminders, no stored progress, and no cookies of any kind. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

3. Your coaching conversation goes to Anthropic

This is the most important thing on this page.

When you talk to the coach, the recent part of your conversation, up to the last 24 messages, is sent to Anthropic PBC in the United States, which generates the reply and sends it back. Anthropic is our processor for that, under their own terms and their standard contractual clauses for transfers out of the EEA.

We do not store any of it. There is no database. Once the reply reaches your screen, nothing about the exchange is kept on our side.

Because it leaves the EEA and goes to an AI provider, treat the coach as public: do not type anything into it you would not want a third party to process, including personal details about yourself or anyone else, and including real exam content.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the coach you have asked to use.

4. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are looked at. It is cookieless and aggregated, and it is not used to identify you, follow you between sites, or build a profile.

This is the only reason we know whether anyone uses Olukor at all, which matters because the service is otherwise anonymous end to end.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site is used.

An earlier version of this policy said there was no analytics. That stopped being true when analytics was added, and this section corrects it.

5. Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which keeps ordinary request logs so the service can be run and abuse investigated. These include IP addresses, pages requested and timestamps. We do not use them to build any picture of you.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

6. Rate limiting

To stop the coach being run in a loop at our expense, the server counts recent requests per IP address in memory. That count is held only in the running server process, for about a minute, and is never written to disk or to any database. Nothing about it survives a restart.

7. Where your data goes, and for how long

Nobody else receives anything. We keep nothing ourselves, so retention is whatever our providers hold on their own standard schedules, measured in weeks to months rather than indefinitely.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to a supervisory authority, in Hungary the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH).

In practice there is almost nothing for us to find. We hold no account for you, we store no conversation, and we cannot connect a visit to a person. If you want to exercise a right, write to hello@olukor.com and tell us roughly when you visited, and we will do what we can with the host logs.

9. Children

Olukor is for adults preparing for professional certification exams. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

10. Changes to this policy

If it changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Since there are no accounts, we cannot write to you, so the current version is always the one on this page.
